Is SurvayPay really free?+
Yes — always. There is no sign-up fee, activation charge, or membership cost. Anyone asking you to pay to join SurvayPay is not affiliated with us.
Who is eligible to join?+
You must be 18 years or older and a resident of Kenya with an M-Pesa number registered in your name.
How much can I earn?+
Most active members earn between KES 400 and KES 2,500 per month. Earnings depend on how many surveys you qualify for, your profile accuracy, and time invested. SurvayPay is a supplemental income platform, not a source of full-time wages.
When and how are payouts made?+
Payouts are transferred to your linked M-Pesa number within 48 hours of your withdrawal request, once your balance reaches KES 300. SurvayPay charges no withdrawal fees; standard M-Pesa transaction charges may apply.
Why did I not qualify for a survey?+
Each research study targets a specific audience. If your profile does not match the study criteria, you will be redirected without penalty — this happens to all panel members and is a normal part of survey research.
Is my personal data protected?+
We only collect information necessary to match you with surveys and process your payouts. We do not sell or share your personal data with advertisers. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Do you have a referral programme?+
We do not operate multi-level referral or pyramid bonus schemes. You may recommend SurvayPay to friends, but your earnings are based solely on your own survey completions.
How do I delete my account?+
Send a deletion request from your registered email to support@SurvayPay.co.ke. We will close your account and remove your personal data within 30 days.
